Assistant General Manager

Description
Position is directly responsible for the front desk, audit, and bell staff and indirectly responsible for all departments in this multiple award-winning Hampton Inn and Suites located in the up-and-coming Colonial TownPark area of Lake Mary, Florida.
Successful candidate is responsible for ensuring staff training, customer service, motivation, and adherence to all brand and company standards and expectations.
In the General Manager's absence, acts as General Manager and handles all reporting and controls.
Requirements
Must have a strong desire to provide exemplary customer service and motivate all staff and employees to do the same. Must have the skills to maintain and improve the levels of customer service, thus enhancing the customer service scores. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory. Good organizational skills, as well as supervisory skills are necessary.
Prior Hampton Inn and Suites experience mandatory
