Restaurant Supervisor

Requirements
Achieve guest satisfaction through product knowledge and honest communications.
Responsible for issuing guest checks and maintaining check control sheets.
Responsible for all check transactions in NCR machine, including shift balancing, cash and credit card procedures.
Responsible for assigning work stations to servers.
Responsible for maintaining accurate and even cover counts between servers.
Responsible for maintaining weekly shift schedules of outlet associates.
Responsible for maintaining allCorporate policies and procedures, for sharing updated information with all outlet associates.
Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the Restaurant area to a degree specified by the Restaurant Manager, in conjunction with local Health Department regulations.
T.I.P.S. certified.
Any and all of the duties requested to better serve guests and overall goals of the Sheraton Hotel at Bradley International Airport.
