Food & Beverage Manager

Description
Responsible for managing full restaurant operations, both front of the house and back of the house with the primary focus being back of the house. Responsibilities include menu development, creating recipes, inventory and food cost control, scheduling and supervision of employees, development of staff to cross-function in other areas of restaurant, filling in to cover when needed as cook, bartender, server, etc.

Requirements
Must have a minimum of 2 years managerial experience working in a full-service restaurant environment, preferably in a hotel restaurant. Must have excellent culinary and people skills. Restaurant is open 365 days a year and individuals must be willing to work any hours needed for successful operation, to include evenings, week-ends and holidays.
