We’re looking for experienced:
F&B Director:
Minimum of five years experience as a Food & Beverage Director or Assistant GM i/c of Food & Beverage in a large cruise ship or multi-venue, high volume, luxury hotel or resort.

Assistant / Restaurant Manager:
Minimum of three year experience as a Restaurant Manager in a large cruise ship or a combination of ship and large hotel experience in the positions Outlet Manager / Restaurant Manager.

Director of Outlets:
Minimum of three years experience as a Restaurant Manager, Director of Restaurants or Senior Maitre D’ in a large cruise ship or a combination of ship and large hotel experience in these positions

Bar Manager:
Minimum of three years experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a large cruise ship or a combination of ship and large hotel experience in these positions.

Executive Sous Chef:
•Ability to provide leadership, motivation, and training
•3+ years of supervisory experience on a cruise ship or high volume hotel / restaurant.

Shore Excursion Manager:
•Individual must be sales orientated.
•Must be able to provide effective Shore Excursion briefings and conduct Q&A sessions with guests and colleagues.

Executive Housekeeper:
•Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting Skills
•4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management from a recognized hotel institution, and at least four years experience in Hotel establishment positions.

Laundry Manager:
Experience with various types of laundry, dry cleaning, pressing, and folding machines. Knowledgeable in the correct use and handling of cleaning agents and chemicals.

Provision Master / F&B Purchasing Director:
•Responsible for the management of all shipboard food and beverage stores for Norwegian Cruise Line America. A procedural approach to managing the entire onboard Provisions department must be employed, utilizing modern management principles as well as incorporating technological innovations where practical in order to ensure proper inventory management and support to the Food and Beverage division.
•Ensure that the company’s standards are maintained in the following areas:Onboard storeroom management, Par level accuracy,Inventory Management System, and Shoreside ordering schedules.

Kids Camp Counselor:
•2 yrs experience recreation/education ages 2-17 required.
•CPR/First-Aid certifications valid for one year.
•Proficiency: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and qualify for a U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Document (MMD). In order to qualify for an MMD you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien
Pass Physical Exam/Drug Screen
Have a Reasonably Clear Background
